The anatomy of a warm embrace
The TARSILA Armchair is born at the serene confluence of ancestral memory—the silent, earthen grace of ancient mamoas—and humanity’s most elemental gesture: the embrace. Its organic, sweeping curves pay homage to the gentle contours of antiquity, extending with refined fluidity to claim their place in the world.Â
Much like Tarsila’s own canvases, the armchair breathes with this same rhythmic fluidity. It unites the bold, avant-garde spirit of modernism with a profound human tenderness. To inhabit this piece is to be enveloped by the legacy of a visionary—a living sculpture that does not merely grace a room, but cherishes the human experience in a sublime, lasting embrace.
