SLIDE takes its name from the idea of motion and transition: elements that glide open and closed, and volumes that appear to shift forward in space. The TV unit translates this into a low, elongated form, with doors, shelves, and side openings that create a sense of flow. It is designed to organize both moving images and the objects that surround them, serving as a calm, fluid base for contemporary media.
The design features a horizontal body in warm Kambala wood veneer, resting on angled legs with a subtle mid-century attitude. The front is articulated into two open niches at each end and a central block with recessed sliding doors, creating a rhythmic play of open and closed compartments.
Designed for living rooms and hospitality lounges, the SLIDE TV Unit anchors the media wall while integrating technology without dominating the room. The combination of central storage and ventilated side sections makes equipment and cable management easy. Its faceted volume and continuous wood grain ensure that the piece remains a coherent, architectural statement even in a space defined by screens.
