PIETRA takes its name from the Italian for “stone”, evoking solidity, permanence, and the raw beauty of mineral surfaces. The center table translates this idea into a sculptural piece where bold slabs of marble are treated like facets of a gemstone, framed and lifted by a precise brass structure. It celebrates stone as a living material—veined and unpredictable—carefully cut into a contemporary, geometric composition that feels both ancient and modern.
The design is conceived as a multifaceted top in contrasting marbles, where deep green segments frame a central light stone, all outlined by slim brass borders. This irregular, polygonal contour rests on an angular brass base with intersecting lines that mirror the surface’s geometry, giving the heavy stone a jewel-like, floating presence.
Designed as a focal point for living rooms and hospitality lounges, the PIETRA Center Table anchors the seating area with a strong sculptural statement. Its faceted top catches light and reflections throughout the day, while the mix of marbles allows it to dialogue with a variety of colour palettes. Whether used as a standalone piece of functional sculpture or paired with neutral upholstery, it keeps stone at the center of the room’s narrative.
