MARTINA Center Table is inspired by Martina Navrátilová, a tennis legend whose career redefined performance and discipline. The piece translates her legacy of strength and tactical intelligence into a low, upholstered volume where a generous, comfortable surface is defined by a single, precise geometric gesture. It is a design that speaks of controlled energy: a calm, tactile field marked by a clear and intentional move.
The design features a long, rectangular body fully wrapped in deep capitonné upholstery, resting on a recessed wengé wood base. This rhythmic grid of tufting is deliberately interrupted at one corner by a clean triangular panel of smooth fabric and brushed brass, introducing a sharp, asymmetric focus to the otherwise soft volume.
Designed for living rooms and hospitality lounges, the MARTINA Center Table serves as a tactile, expansive platform at the heart of a seating area. Its low height encourages a relaxed atmosphere, while the brass detail naturally defines a focal zone for building layered compositions with books and objects. It brings a sense of “relaxed discipline” to the interior, combining the warmth of upholstery with a decisive, athletic edge.
